| Technical Control at a road race meeting is carried out to make sure that everyone`s machine is eligible and safe to race on that day. You will also see competitors helmet and clothing been inspected. At a club meeting , you will see , the rider presenting his or hers machine for technical inspection before practice. There is usually personel assigned by the ACU to carry out these inspections , affectionately know as scruitineers. | | |
