| Before you embark on a trackday its advisable to check , (amoungst other items ) , that you suspension is in good condition. Pay particular attension to its operation i.e no seized linkages , good damping qualities , no leaky seals etc. Once you have satisfied yourself that its up to the job then you might want to look at set up.
Advise is always at hand these days at track days and for small fee, a supension guru will put some settings on to your bike to suit your needs. Controllability is the key with suspension not just winding everything up to the max and hoping for the best! You will however find that on most std suspension that you do run out of adjustment, thats were aftermarket units come into play. | | |
